Requests to use these areas for small social events may be allowed but
must be approved in advance. Please advise him if you would like to
request use of the pool for anything other than swimming as it must be
approved by the association prior to the event

The open floor plan of a large great room with adjoining kitchen and
dining room will graciously accommodate your up-scale social event such

It has 5 bedrooms of which two are private suites, 4 ½ baths, sleeps 14
people, and has handicap accessible elevator service to all floors.
A charming fireplace provides a perfect setting for a cozy romantic
winter getaway as well.
