Weddings Announcements for 2008
Visions is located in Atlantic Beach so you can imagine how
many couples like yourself are wanting a destination wedding
at the beach but do not have the budget to fly their family
and friends to Jamaica.
Therefore, Visions Event Service are retained with as much
advance notice as possible and dates are held by a low
non-refundable retainer fee only.
The dates above reflect couples that have retained our
services. The most popular date and time is Saturday's at
sunset... These dates are normally reserved a year in
advance.
Please note that all dates listed are reserved for the 3pm to
10:30 pm time block unless otherwise noted.
Visions is able to block up to 3 events per day depending on
the number of guests attending and the service you require.
Our time blocks are:
9 am - 11am
Sunset Block 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm
In some cases if you are hosting an intimate event we may be
able to alter time blocks slightly.
Event Blocks with out reception are 2 hours, Event Blocks
w/socail style event are 3 hours. Event Blocks with a full
reception are 4 hours.
This block includes 1 hour before event start time.
Example: Event Start time is scheduled for 11am, the
honoree may arrive at 10 am, guest 10:45 am.
Please advise your guest there is no air conditioned lobby.
