statement of faith a love for Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Word, into the
world-wide ministry of Saint Luke Evangelical Christian Ministries.

hereby select, appoint, and anoint you, Renee Dianne Melby, a legally
ordained independent minister of Saint Luke Evangelical Christian Ministries,
and authorize you to perform all standard Christian religious services including
