What's the difference you ask?
A wedding coordinator is someone who the client will contact prior to the event, the client has actually planned
everything... From start to finish, but wants assurance that a professional will be on hand the day of the event to
make sure everything happens the way it's the client has scheduled it. The coordinator will more than likely meet
with the vendors and confirm their arrival time and responsibility to the client.
As wedding planners, Visions will actually become involved from the very beginning. We help you plan or will
plan everything from the venue and suppliers to actually being there on the day to make sure everything runs
smoothly. This takes away a lot of the stress and worry from the wedding planner's client. Visions will never hand
you a list and tell you to do the leg work. Visions will do the work for you, based on your dreams, needs, wants
and budget. Heck will even escort you down the aisle if you need us to.
