Terms & Conditions:
Officiating Fees
A non-refundable earnest fee of $100 or more, depending upon package you choose is required at the time you reserve our
services. This fee will be applied towards your total due.
The balance is due 60 days before the wedding date unless prior arrangements have been made.
Reservations made with less than 60 days remaining until the wedding date
must be paid in full by Cash, certified funds, Visa or Master Card.
No personal checks please!

Terms
Refunds: Cancellations that are received more than 60 days before the reserved date, shall receive their money back, less
a $100.00 earnest fee for processing your information. Cancellations received with less than 30 days until the reserved date
shall not be refunded any monies. We will however change your date if necessary as long as we have no other weddings
booked that date.
Please call us to confirm your new date.
In the case of Hurricane weather we will gladly move your date to the next available date.
In case of rain, it is the couples responsibility to find an alternate location.
Refusal: We reserve to right to refuse any request for a reservation and we further reserve the right to refuse to perform any
service that we are not comfortable with.
Scheduling
Free consultations are scheduled by appointment. Wedding dates are only reserved by deposit.
We cannot hold a date without a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable and can be paid by credit card, for your convenience we accept MasterCard, and Visa. Once
we receive your deposit, we will reserve your date and time and send you a lovely Letter of Confirmation.
Couples frequently ask how soon should they send their deposit to reserve their wedding date. We advise "As Soon As
Possible!" Your day and time may get taken by someone else!
Refunds:
Cancellations that are received more than 60 days before the reserved date, shall receive their money back, less a $100.00

because we have already reserved and paid the florist, hotel accommodations and other vendors that were necessary to
reserve your package. We can however change your date if necessary as long as we have no other weddings booked that
date. Please call us to confirm your new date if a change needs to be made.

Travel & Expenses
Any travel of outside of Carteret County N.C. Shall be charged an additional 47 cents per mile.
All air travel, cabs or rental cars, meals, hotels, and other such necessities reserved, shall be at the expense of the client
and must be booked well in advance of the wedding event. We must receive written confirmation of these booked
necessities 60 days prior to wedding date.
