What do you do?
We can answer that simply…What do you need?   Every page in our site tells what we do
however we have extensive listings on our What do we do page as well as our Concierge Desk
page. We do reserve the right to decline or discontinue service that it perceives as illegal,
immoral or dangerous.

What if I have a need not listed on your website?

If there's a service you need help with and didn't see it listed, please contact us - if we can't do it
we may be able to help you find someone who can.

What do you charge?  

I ask you... How can this be answered honestly? No two people are alike, no two business are
alike, each person has individual ideas, goals and needs.  Our services are based on just that….
your individual ideas, goals and needs. You are of course, responsible for direct costs, and we
generally charge for our time.


Our General Rates:

There is a minimum of 1 hour (this fee includes as many errands as can be completed in one hour).
Emergency and off-hour services may be subject to an additional fee of $2 per hour)

Most Domestic and Personal Services...............................................................................$20 / hour

Vacations, Meetings, Family Reunions, and other Event Coordination..................If you book your events
accommodations and venues though us this service is free.  

Personal Shopping....................................................................... $15 - 20 / trip plus direct cost of goods

Wait Service.......................................................................................................................     $15 / hour

VIP/Corporate Service ...................................       This varies according to your what company needs.
(This includes setting up your VIP's accommodations, golf, fishing, dinner, flowers or gift upon arrival, and etc.)

How do I know what my request(s) will cost?

We always provide a complete estimate, in writing…We require a one hour time commitment for our
personal concierge services and bill by the quarter hour beyond the estimate. There are no hidden
charges. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us.

Our ringer is turned off when we are with clients we want them to have our undivided attention just as we would give to you.
We do, of course, check our voice-mail frequently throughout the day and will return your call within a reasonable time.

Policies


There is a one hour minimum charge
per service request for timed services
(services billed by the hour not by the
task).


Rates reflect charges for services
rendered by Visions Concierge and do
not include charges for outside vendor
services or merchandise purchased to
complete the request.

Services that require travel beyond a
25 mile radius will be subject to an
additional mileage charge.

"Last Minute" services (less than
12-hour advanced notice) may be
scheduled but an additional $25 fee
may be charged for making the
necessary scheduling accommodations.

There may be a $25 fee assessed for
canceling a scheduled service with less
than 48-hours notice or for checks
returned due to insufficient funds.

There may be additional  fee for
services performed on holidays as well.

by law, subpoena or other legal process or in order to protect
the safety of the public. Any information you give us is held
